Walsh Municipal Court is held in Walsh Town Hall on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, with Judge Linda Gibson presiding over court prodeedings. It is possible that court may not be held each month if there are no current or active cases. Questions may be directed to Walsh Town Hall by calling 719 324-5411 during normal business hours.
Town of Walsh can now take credit credit and debit cards, as well as e-check payments, over the counter and online through Colorado Payport for traffic and court fines. The fees are as follows:Credit Card Transactions: Transaction Amount +((Transaction Amount +$0.75)x 2.25%) + $0.75. ECheck Transactions: Transaction Amount + $1.00.
Traffic and court fines may also be paid though Traffic Payment, online or over the phone, by calling 1(800) 444-1187. The convenience fee for traffic fine payments will be 6.5% or a $3.50 minimum.
